Code of Conduct

  1. This Code of Conduct governs user-generated content on the network of websites, online discussion spaces, forum pages, and official social media profiles maintained and operated by the N&F organization, including platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and blogging sites (collectively referred to as the "Sites").

  2. By accessing and using the N&F Sites, you agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct. If you do not agree to the Code of Conduct, Terms of Use, or Privacy Policy, you must immediately discontinue use of the Sites.

  3. Prohibited Content

    By using the Sites, you agree that you will NOT post or share (“User Content”) any material that:

    Infringes Intellectual Property Rights: Content that violates the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others, including insufficient attribution.

  4. Defames or Threatens Others: Content that is abusive, defamatory, or threatening.

    Promotes Hate Speech: Statements that are bigoted, hateful, or offensive based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

  5. Encourages Illegal Activity: Material that advocates, discusses, or encourages illegal activities with the intent to commit them.

    Contains Obscene or Indecent Material: Vulgar, obscene, or indecent language, images, or media.

    Shares Personal Information Without Authorization: Unauthorized disclosure of personal information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses of others.

  6. Advertises or Solicits Commercially: Unsolicited advertisements, promotions, or commercial solicitations.

    Misrepresents Identity: Opinions attributed to fictitious individuals or unauthorized third parties.

  7. Rights of the N&F Organization

    The N&F organization reserves the following rights concerning User Content posted on its Sites:

    Access Control: Access to the Sites’ services is at the sole discretion of the N&F organization. We reserve the right to block, remove, edit, or reject any User Content or suspend access to users who violate this Code of Conduct or the Terms of Use.

  8. Content Moderation: Posts or materials deemed inappropriate by site administrators or moderators may be removed without notice.

  9. Account Suspension: Users who repeatedly violate the Code of Conduct may have their accounts suspended or permanently disabled.

  10. Amendments: This Code of Conduct is subject to change or modification at any time. Continued use of the Sites indicates your acceptance of such changes.
