I dreamed of a world where:

• Entrepreneurs build without risk

• Visionaries create without limits

• Innovators experiment without fear of failure

• Entrepreneurs have access to unlimited funding

But dreams are often forged in adversity.

In 2005, I lost everything - a multi-million-dollar bakery collapsed overnight. Banks pierced the corporate veil, leaving me bankrupt at 22, a few weeks after graduating university.

That moment could have ended my story - but instead, it ignited my mission: To discover a risk-free, recession-proof, and liability-free business model for entrepreneurs.

I spent two decades testing, mastering, and learning:

• Asset Protection – Legal and tax strategies to safeguard wealth

• Risk Reduction – Leveraging OPM (Other People's Money) to test ideas

• IP Monetization – Turning knowledge into diverse revenue streams

• Social Impact – Creating profitable businesses with real-world impact

The Breakthrough

I've spent the last two decades searching for the answers to those questions.

• I studied bankruptcy and tax law in Canada.

• I attended law school in the UK.

• I attended law school a second time in the US, completing a Masters in Law in Los Angeles.

• I almost become a full-time Business Law Professor.

BUT - What I discovered in the course of my "research and experiments" changed everything. It was the risk-free, recession-proof, flexible, educational, impactful, and highly lucrative business model that I had been looking for.

I stumbled upon the world of "Education-Focused Nonprofits" that operated in a tax-exempt world and were funded by corporations, government agencies, loyal advocates, small businesses, and even individuals and foundations.

Think of examples like TEDx, Harvard, Khan Academy, or MIT: These are more than education centers, stages, or platforms that sell online courses. These are movements.

They are platforms where people's lives are transformed (like mine). I wanted to build a business that transformed people's lives and earn a very successful and enriched life doing what I love to do - educate, empower, teach, lecture, write, and experiment. They’re movements that attract corporate funding while building trust, goodwill, and authority.

It checked all the boxes: Income, Impact, and Influence.
